Trufant Travel – Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Trufant Travel LLC d/b/a Trufant Travel (“Trufant Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel planning and booking services provided by Trufant Travel and are effective as of the date of submission of this form.

By planning, booking, or traveling with Trufant Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Trufant Travel acts solely as a booking agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other independent contractors (“Suppliers”). Trufant Travel does not own, operate, or control any Supplier.

Use of Services & Client Responsibilities
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all travel arrangements booked through Trufant Travel, whether for yourself or others in your traveling party.

You warrant that all information you provide — including names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information — is accurate. You understand that inaccuracies may result in denied boarding, cancellation, or additional costs, for which Trufant Travel bears no responsibility.

Supplier Terms
All travel bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier. By approving an itinerary or booking, you agree to be bound by the Supplier’s terms, including cancellation, change, refund, and force majeure policies.

Trufant Travel is not responsible for arrangements made independently of Trufant Travel.
Payments, Credit Card Authorization & Chargebacks
By submitting a credit card authorization form, you authorize Trufant Travel to charge your payment method for agreed-upon professional fees and/or Supplier charges.

Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to dispute or charge back authorized charges as a means of avoiding Supplier or Trufant Travel terms. In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, you agree to be responsible for all costs incurred by Trufant Travel, including administrative fees, penalties, and legal costs.

All payments are subject to Supplier deadlines. Many bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Cancellations & Changes
All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Supplier and advisor change or cancellation fees may apply. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by Supplier policies.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, immunizations, and any other documents required for travel. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.

Trufant Travel does not guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for losses due to denied entry or insufficient documentation.

Travel Insurance
Trufant Travel strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance. Declining insurance may result in significant financial loss due to Supplier penalties, medical emergencies, or trip interruption.

Trufant Travel is not a licensed insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage or claim approval.

Risks & Assumption of Risk
Travel may involve inherent risks, including remote locations, physical activity, wildlife encounters, and limited medical access. By booking travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.

Limitation of Liability
Trufant Travel acts solely as an agent for disclosed Suppliers and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from Supplier acts or omissions.

Any liability of Trufant Travel shall be limited to the amount of professional fees actually received by Trufant Travel for the booking in question.

Force Majeure
Trufant Travel is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in California courts. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Host Agency Disclosure
Trufant Travel is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Coastline Travel, registered with California Seller of Travel 2040360-40 and other applicable state registrations. Registration does not constitute state approval.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trufant Travel and supersede all prior communications.
